Monthly creation of Kaiseki
Our pleasure to deliver rich flavor of season on each month. Incorporating the ingredients of local vegetable and seafood express from Aso. Please try to listen the voice of the heart a sincere desire to create dish from the head chef .
Please let us know if you have allergic to some ingredients or request for food at the time you book a room. In addition, if you stay nights, you can enjoy different menu for breakfast and dinner.
We also have available additional menu of goods to you separate from creative Kaiseki dishes during dinner time. Please feel free to contact our hotel staff for requests.
We have sake, wine and shochu beside drink menu in your refrigerator. It is also possible to order bottle of those.
