All of our employees enjoy and actively work to provide "hospitality" to our customers. Approximately 80% of employees are full time employees. The average age of employees is a wide one ranging between 20 and 70 years old. We also have foreign staff working with us but a lot of our Japanese staff also speak foreign languages, all who are committed to “hospitality” and boast special skill sets.
