I want to continue providing quality customer service that brings out the customers’ smile.

I am accustomed to driving luxury cars and providing "hospitality" for our customers’ every day. People think I am a driver. ? Although some people may see it that way, I am the first person to connect with customers and help them feel at ease leading to their arrival at Takefue. It is a very important role to play at Takefue and I strive to give the very best impression of “hospitality”. I am proud of my work. Communication with customers in the car is very important and I am always smiling. My colleagues often comment about how “customers talking with Ms. Inoue are always smiling”, which I am happy to hear! I want to continue providing quality customer service that brings out the customers’ smile.

I have been working with Takefue for 9years. I have seen a lot of change until now and therefore feel that is why I am here. I think I’ve done challenging work with Takefue.

Kenji Watanabe

Facility Management

When I work while being surrounded by nature every day, I feel very refreshed. As a facility management staff member, I am focused on keeping an environment where customers can feel comfortable. Being surrounded by nature, I don’t feel that “every day is the same”.

Hiroko Arima

Attendant

I asked a friend who worked with Takefue to show me the pamphlet and was surprised. I wondered, “What is this place” and decided to work with Takefue. Although I am not confident on the knowledge of the inn, I always try to over perform while always keeping a smile on.

Han Seong

Front desk

About four years have passed since I came to Japan. I provide hospitality to customers at the reception desk. Recently many visitors from abroad have visited us and we hear various requests from customers. Perhaps it seems to be hard to understand, but I am happy.
